lurking csis informers

and when the person isn't doing any thing nationally threating they plant false evidence...

that time in 2007 or 2008 the land lord was getting new computer consoles for the office and gave the old ones to several of the houses. the 438 sherbourne-street house i was living in recieved one and i left a small digital camera on top of the computer so the other tenants could use it as a web-cam. later that day or the next day i mentioned it to p, the guy who called himself the weasel, and he told me he noticed a camera in the toilet and wondered who's it was, he fished it out, checked to see if it worked which it didn't, and so threw it away. strange i thought that he wouldn't hold on to it in case some one had just left it on the computer by accident and would of wanted it back even if it was water damaged.

the incident could be used in a story where a tenant leaves a cheap digital camera on top of a household computer for use as a face book link. some or all of the other tenants are in the pay of organized crime or are paid informers for rogue csis agents. the protagonist leaves a camera on the computer console so everyone living in the house can use it as a video cam. the next day he mentions what he did to another tenant who says he had noticed a camera on the computer and then later heard one of the other tenants screaming about spys and when he came to see what was going on she was going into the bathroom with the camera and there was a flush and she came out screaming and went upstairs. he found the camera in the toilet, fished it out tried it but it wouldn't work so he threw it in the garbage, which had been picked up already.

that was a lie, what he did was take the camera thinking it belonged to the tenant who says he put it there for the computer, thinking he had had left it there and forgot about it. the one who claims he found it in the toilet passes it on to his corrupt csis handler who takes incriminating photos and then gives it back to the one who claims to have found it in the toilet so it can be put in the targeted tenants room. while some one complains about him taking photos and identifies him to the police so they can search his room for the camera, which he thinks was thrown in the toilet and then tossed in the garbage. when the targeted tenant mentions he left it there for a web-cam, the one who took it quickly makes up the story about finding it in the toilet. so he can deny plausibly anything the targeted tenant says about the him finding it in the toilet and being thrown away when they check his room and find it there.

what they don't know is the camera had an undetectable ultra-generation nanotechnology tracking-fibre built into its casing. this allowed whoever had the camera to be followed and have photos taken of them using it to take the incriminating photos, photos of them taking photos of the people in the photos they took on the camera he left on the computer. which would be one more small step in the game leading the people he works for to the rogue csis agents who are in league with both the usonian drug cartels and the notorious satanic sex cult of (t)orontos (p)erverted (l)ibrarians. which was why the camera was left as bait on top of the computer.
