toronto sex change—quid pro quo

we were talking about the deepstate transgender-habituation program when he brought up his work on the wendy rose case.

headquarters had the toronto sex transitioning unit under surveillance. we had been unable to place agents on the inside so had begun infiltrating people undergoing transitioning and people close to them.

our informants had suspicions the doctors were doing a quid pro quo deal with patients. they would go slow on the procedure until the person brought in someone else who wanted to transition. more money for them.

doing it this way deflected attention from the doctors as the patients put pressure on others they knew to at least begin the first step to transitioning and if a person didn't want to go further thit could stop. maybe.

"everette was telling me the woes of his girlfriend wendy rose. wendy rose the chanteuse of church and wellesley who could be found singing along with her guitar at places in the queer."

"i had everette under sousveillance for a little over a year, because of wendy rose. headquarters had intelligence that some of the doctors employed in torontos sex reassignment program were using it to line their pockets by going slow on the transitioning until a patient referred them someone else that wanted to go through the procedure."

"we were watching the case loads to see if any of the patients or people around them were soliciting for the doctors. asking if a person was interested in a sex change operation or taking the first step and that she could help open doors for someone interested. not letting on it meant more money for the doctors and speedier transitioning for her."

"she was in the process of transitioning from male to female and was being stalled by the board of physicians and psychiatrists that oversee transitioning. she had been taking the hormone part of transitioning for a while and everett was explaining how some of the doctors wanted to make certain she wanted to be a female and were dragging their heels on completing the process with surgery."

"then he asked me (dollar signs in his eyes) if i was interested in a sex change which was what we were waiting for him to ask. we had been watching the toronto sex transitioning program for this activity. we had the intelligence we wanted."

alberta high school surveillance

it was the late 1970s at st. joseph's roman catholic seperate high school in grande prairie alberta. principle dunne was spying on mr. mac donald because of mac donald's comments in class. that's what mr. mac donald said one day in class.

mac donald had been a football player in college and was going to go professional sports when he decided to become a teacher and mould young people's minds. who he was moulding those minds for was the information headquarters wanted.

he would talk about things and add to them as if to get a conversation started, students saying things he could pass on to someone else for some later use. one of the girls in class got pregnant, arlene hesse, he made it sound like a great thing. have kids young and a career later. as if promoting everyone should have kids while in teens. putting ideas in students heads. parents began to call the principles office to verify what they were hearing at home.

mac donald would check the intercom when he came in and sometime again before class started to make sure it was off. students noticed this and one day said to a couple of other students it was dunne who turned it on so he could listen in on what was said in the class. according to mac donald it wasn't only him mr. dunne was spying on, other teachers had noticed this happening to them.

mr. mac donald thought principle dunne was spying on him, and me, i was watching all of them and i think he had some reasons to think that way.

lurking library swingers

that time at the reference library I sat down at a crowded table and a guy at table away looked up as I was sitting down to see who was sitting down, smiled at me and sat up taller as though he knew me from some where else and then when I didn't respond looked troubled frowned and went back to what he was reading.

how this incident could be used in a fiction. a person is at the reference library as he sits down a guy looks up from a few tables away, raises his head completely, sits up back to back of chair knitted his fingers together on the table even gives a little smile. like he knows him from somewhere. he goes back to his book when the person makes no response to his behaviour.

a few weeks later as the person is exiting the elevator at the library a similar incident occurs, this time a young asian female looks up, sits up, knits her fingers together on the table and smiles, almost as though some one behind the person is motioning these actions to her. he walks on and she makes a deadpan face.

some couple of weeks later as the person is walking through the cumberland terrace the guy and the asian girl from the library are standing near a jewelry store. she is bent over in front of the guy like she was giving him a blow job though her head is turned and she is smiling at the other guy. her friend is staring off into space with a grin on his face while a line of saliva drools from his mouth on to the girls head. the person is a little startled by this and exits to the street on his way to the yorkville library.

when he arrives he makes himself comfortable by the magazines. In a few minutes the couple from the hall way enters the library, the male glares at him, motions to the female to sit in a chair with her back to the other person but in line with the chair he is sitting in, and then the guy with the asian turns his back and starts looking at magazines on the shelves. while he does that the asian girl gets up and moves quietly to the shelve opposite the ones her friend is standing at and begins siding along the magazine shelves, slowly closer and closer toward the other person. all the time pretending to be looking at the magazines though taking looks over her shoulder at the guy who had turned his head so he could see what she was doing and encourage her with nodding motions of his head.

So the other person gets up slaps the magazine he is reading on the table and goes to the bathroom. when he gets back they were gone, but not for long.

overseen at starbucks

that time I was sitting across from the counter at a Starbucks on yonge street between bloor and asquith, the store was not busy at the time when a vehicle belonging to a local television station parked in front of the cafe and one of the stations celebritys came in the store and ordered a coffea. thit asked for a lid, left the counter and walked towards the door as thit took keys out of thit's pocket with thits left hand which thit then held the bottom of the cup with and paused at the further end of the counter to put the lid on the cup placing the hand with the keys on the counter and under the cup, once it's on thit continues on thits way then stops and holds the cup to thits eye level and looks at the bottom then turns around walks back to the counter and shows the staff the coffea leaking from the bottom, they give thit another coffea checking the bottom of that cup and one of the staff removes several more cups from the stack to look at their bottoms. they all laugh about it and thit leaves while they are checking the bottom of the paper cup of the person they had served before thit returned.

thit stops and looks over thit's shoulder to see where the staff is serving the customer who was behind thit and then as thit is seemingly struggling with putting on the lid thit seems to have something in thitsother hand which thit holds against the bottom of the cup rather than place it on the counter to force the lid on... thit gets the lid on and starts for the door then stops and puts thits hand to the bottom removes it rubs thits fingers together, lifts the cup up a bit and inclines thits head to peer at the bottom, the cup seems to have a leak... thit returns to the counter and excuses thit self for interrupting the customer they are serving and points out thits cup is leaking... the customer that was behind thit is now checking the cup she got, which is not leaking. they take the leaking cup from thit, apologise and check the next cup from the stack to make certain it didn't have a hole in it and some of the others to see if the damage had passed through more than that one defective cup, as though they thought the defect was from the manufacturing. they fill one of those cups and give it to thit. as thit leaves im thinking did thit put the hole in the bottom, accidentally or on purpose, with thits key or something else thit had on the keyring or was it there and thit didn't know the cup had a leak till thit got the lid on.

new-world lurker

a person is standing behind several other people in line at a cafe, the person behind him says the label in his shirt is standing up and showing at the collar and continues on how she can't stand that, it's a thing of hers and she then raises her hands and makes like she will tuck it back in the collar for him. the first person moves away from her a little bit and says its fine it doesn't bother him, thinking to himself she must be one of those new-age service to others types he has heard of.

a couple of months later the first person is at another cafe and as he stands at a table waiting for his drink in the strong noon sun light in the window to the side of the table. a second person who is talking to a third person about a "neurosophics"tm. convention she had so badly wanted to attend but didnt have the money to buy, something about her voice sounds familiar and when she excuses herself from her conversation and points to the draw string of the window shade to him and tells him he can lower it if its too sunny she dosnt think the staff will mind if he does, and starts to get up as if she's going to lower the shade for him, he murmmers its ok he's not staying, and leaves with his drink and the feeling he must of seen her in that cafe before this incident but why her physical presence bothered, gave him some reason to raise his shoulders protectively he couldn't say.

several months after that incident as he is leaving another cafe and on his way to the subway station at the eaton centre, a second person approaches him as if to ask for directions. something about her makes him think she has done this to him before, and when she blurts out how she noticed his shirt tab was standing up again and could she tuck it in this time, he recalls the other two incidents where she tried to touch him and he backs off from her and she then turns and runs off in the direction he was going.

intercon--congame

that time at 44 charles street in the manulife building, the security guard on duty at the parking desk stopped me as i was leaving the washroom and accused me of screaming and threatening her with my fist as i went into the washroom. paula (111589) went on, in the presence of a second security guard, to claim my screaming had terrified some children at the security-parking desk and she had to tell their parents that it was her i was screaming at and not them and she would talk to me when i came by the desk, as though they were going to complain and she had done me a favour by getting them to leave without filing a report. she then denied, in front of the other guard, that she said i had been screaming but that i did every time i went past any of the other security guards as well.

when i asked for who i could talk to and make a complaint she told me, in front of the other guard, to figure it out myself, then changed her mind when i got out paper and pencil and started to record the number on her id tag (111589), gave me the phone number (416-961-2311) for the supervisor of security in that building and her name, paula.

this incident could be used in a story where a security guard does the same thing as part of an extortion scheme. as the person comes out of the washroom and the female security guard attacks him verbally about frightening some children at the counter, who with their parents are part of the extortion racket. while verbally harassing him she is making a money-fingers gesture, rubbing her thumb against her index and middle finger, at him, a subtle hint to hand over money or she will cause him trouble. as he is getting the information of who he makes a complaint to about her he notices what seems to be an asian woman to his side with her cell phone out who seems to be recording the incident between him and the guard, probably another one of the extortionists.

the way the situation was broken into three parts, frightened children to set it up, security harassment to get a response, and a third bystander to record the person now screaming at the guard. they now have an argument via the hegelian dialectique for increased security by intercon-garda.

ttc--toronto transit congame

that time at the king street subway a woman in a long bell bottom coat and a mob hat was standing near me and while not looking right at me began saying loud enough for me to hear, "you have two feet, you have two legs, you have two hands, you have two arms, you have two ears, you have two eyes, you have two balls". and i said to her do you want me to go and get security, she acted like she had been surprised and ran off. some time after that at the dundas station another woman began to sidle up to within arms reach of me and when i moved several feet away to to see if she would follow and draw her into view of the security camera she looked up like she knew it was there and smiled like she knew what i was doing before she moved off.

this could be used as an incident in a story. a group of sex trade workers approach men on the subway platforms of toronto when no one else is near and start soliciting them with out looking in the mans direction and taking care not to appear to be talking to him, if the man says any thing to them they act frightened and go to the ttc staff and complain about him. they then repeat this several times with different females making the complaints to build a case against him. maybe some of the ttc staff and security know about this and get perks in return for helping in the harassment.

is the idea is to extort money from the men or the women will claim that they were sexually harassed or frightened by the men. the rehearsed scene in the subway played out so security cameras could record it would be used as evidence.

in 2013 some ttc security seem to have been taking time off during work hours but covering that up by ticketing people for offences on the subway and saying it occurred during the time they had taken off to make it seem they had been on the job. so it seems not to be beyond imaginary ttc constables to be involved in the events described above. when they are told by the gang of harassers that this person has seen what is going on they take matters in to their own hands.

another possibility being that the ttc or someone else are trying to make a case for increased security by manufacturing these incidents

raccoon incident

the southeast corner of yonge-wellesley, a friday afternoon and some people are waiting for the lights to change, other people are loitering near the entrance of the corner bank. one of them a young female is standing on the sidewalk looking down to the east end of wellesley street as though she is watching for someone while she whispers in to a cell phone, about fifteen feet behind her another person is sitting on the ledge of the ramp into the bank, watching the north east sidewalk. on that side of the street there is another female talking in a cell phone and pacing east and west on the sidewalk of the condominium to the east of the ttc's wellesley subway station.

a young male comes out of the rogers cable store to the west of the subway where he paid a bill after questioning its cost. as he walks east he sees laying on the driveway of the condominium a dead raccoon, crushed open and flattened the night before under the wheels of a vehicle, he stops and takes out a camera, and crouches down to take some photos.

the strange female turned around to face the west and moved from the diveway of the condo on to the sidewalk where she could get a clear view of him walking towards her. watching him as he was walking out of the store, past the ttc and near the raccoon, as though she knew he had left the store and was coming her way. as he starts taking photos she listens to the person on other end of phone while looking at the guy taking photos then moves toward him, stops talking on her phone and shrieks "are you just going to take a picture why the fuck don't you call someone about it you idiot.", he looks at her and takes a few more pictures of the raccoon and gets up to leave. she screams out "he's not going to report it." to the people passing by.

he looks at her and says something, she throws her head back as though to suggest shes been hit in the jaw and begins screeching again, he gets up and continues walking east while putting a safe distance between her and himself while thinking it should of been her and not the raccoon.

as the guy with the camera walks away, the guy sitting on the ramp of the bank cant help but notice the screeching woman stops and looks across to the south east corner at the the girl whispering into the phone who speaks up into her phone loud enough to be heard fifteen feet away from her, "no that was good real good exactly what we wanted him to do.". and then she heads in the same direction as the guy who was taking the photos, while the woman on the north side of the street looks over at her and smiles while twisting her shoulders and hips as if she's doing a little dance while trying not to make it to obvious she and the other female were talking to each other.
