or how i killed chris hyndman.
how does the reginese brotherhood go about killing a cia deepstate gangstalker? let me give a single case as revelation of our method.
we use their weakness, we let them take their harassment to extreme. which is to say we use their own methods of mind control against them.
i shall relate one case as i was a part of the cadre that performed the invisible assassination of chris hyndman.
chris hyndman was a popular culture star. hyndman and his boyfriend steven sabados (he who would do anything for fame and fortune) had an allegedly popular daytime television show devoted to interior decorating.
hyndman was also a valuable property of the deep state. he was mind controlled and employed in the military entertainment complex. the cia has a psyop in which they arrange secret sex meetings with men, film it and then blackmail them into becoming informants. hyndman was one of the assets used in this operation. in toronto and where ever he was useful hyndman would troll the sex theatre for the cia, entrapping people into becoming informants.
headquarters wanted hyndman taken down, taken out, assassinated. not because he was as valuable as he thought he was, but as a gentlemanly warning to the cia they were abusing their licence to protect and defend american national interests.
before we could perform the assassination we wanted to draw attention to the diffuse and disrupt campaign they would deploy against who ever was lucky enough to be the brotherhoods bait in the counter operation on their operation. that would be me.
headquarters knew where and the time hyndman would be waiting for an appointment with a target, i was to get there ahead of time and spook him.
he was right where headquarters said he would be, in a booth, dressed in the black leather pants and white leather jacket with foot and a half matching fringes our informants described he would be wearing, apparently a request of the target.
i tapped on the door of hyndmans booth. when he opened the door he had a big smile on his face thinking it was his target, that disappeared when he recognized me. i made the first part of the gesture that would screw up his mind control and implement the suicide program when i made the second gesture at a later time.
he closed the door and i walked away to observe (what he would do, not the other guys who were there). a few minutes later he bolted from the booth wearing different clothes, success. the first part of the assassination was complete.
after disrupting the cia blackmail operation and infiltrating hyndmans mindcontrol i knew it would only be a few days before the cia would launch an all out diffuse and disrupt campaign against me, and to their credit they lived up to their reputation. in fact as i exited the theatre i noted one of the usual cia harasseurs waiting for me wearing a white leather jacket with foot and a half long fringes like the one hyndman had on in the booth. they had already been alerted.
headquarters knew this and had informed me of what the cia had planned ahead for this type of situation. they would send their street harasseurs after me while beaming me with their influencing machine, then hyndman would show up and they would turn the machines settings to violence so i would attack hyndman. when i did that sabados would come running in to stop me. they had it all set up.
this was perfect, they were walking into our trap. we wanted them to enlist as many of their street level harasseurs in an all out super stalking event against me. when the assassination happened this would make clear to the harasseurs if the brotherhood could take out hyndman we could expose or take out them. they were not as safe as they thought hiding behind the cia.
the remainder of that day and the whole of the next day were a thrill of gangstalking. experienced as i was being a gangstalker target i had never seen them try so many of their diffuse and disrupt theatre games against me. this allowed us to update our list of who the cia had enlisted to their gangstalking operations in toronto, so many of the old faces and a lot of new ones. and then on the third day it happened.
walking south from yonge and bloor, counting the harasseurs in my way i noted one of the usuals on the east side of yonge, she was wearing a white leather jacket with the matching foot and a half fringes, the same style hyndman had been wearing in the booth and the same style other harasseurs had been wearing the last two days.
and then behold there he was. chris hyndman standing on the sidewalk in front of the pizzaria where hayden street meets yonge.
he was smiling and posturing the way the typical mind controlled celebrity does. i made the second gesture that would trigger his mkultra suicide program to become active. his smile vanished and he made a face like someone had just stuck him somewhere with a blunt object, began crying, turned on his heels and went running south pursued by sabados who had been waiting in the wings for me to attack hyndman so he could play the hero.
it wouldn't be long now. hyndmans mindcontrol would begin to go haywire and he would kill himself if his cia masters didn't do the job themselves. so it wasn't unexpected when the next day i heard on 680 news radio that celebrity gay chris hyndman had jumped to his death from the balcony of the condo he shared with sabados.

and that is how the reginese brotherhood (deeper than the deep state) kills a deepstate cia gangstalker.

she turned up in toronto in 1991, crossed the border illegally via the culvert at detroit into windsor then walked and hitch hiked to toronto. at least that was the story she told people.

we knew she was working for the cia and assigned to live on the street drugging other people with lsd without their knowing it in a continuation of that part of the cia mkultra program.

the drugged people would be entrapped into becoming informants for the deep state or taken away for other experiments.

she and another one of these american cia recruiters approached me one morning under the bridge at st.claire near yonge street. after some small talk she offered me some orange juice. i knew ahead of time about these two, and refused the orange juice which made them suspicious.

i knew what was in the orange juice and though headquarters could of easily prevented the effects of lsd with a bit of influencing machine they wanted these two to become suspicious someone was on to what they were doing.

it was the late 1970s at st. joseph's roman catholic seperate high school in grande prairie alberta. principle dunne was spying on mr. mac donald because of mac donald's comments in class. that's what mr. mac donald said one day in class.

mac donald had been a football player in college and was going to go professional sports when he decided to become a teacher and mould young people's minds. who he was moulding those minds for was the information headquarters wanted.

he would talk about things and add to them as if to get a conversation started, students saying things he could pass on to someone else for some later use. one of the girls in class got pregnant, arlene hesse, he made it sound like a great thing. have kids young and a career later. as if promoting everyone should have kids while in teens. putting ideas in students heads. parents began to call the principles office to verify what they were hearing at home.

mac donald would check the intercom when he came in and sometime again before class started to make sure it was off. students noticed this and one day said to a couple of other students it was dunne who turned it on so he could listen in on what was said in the class. according to mac donald it wasn't only him mr. dunne was spying on, other teachers had noticed this happening to them.

mr. mac donald thought principle dunne was spying on him, and me, i was watching all of them and i think he had some reasons to think that way.

american embassy brain trauma

the further controversy over what caused the illness of american and canadian embassy staff in cuba and now china.

americans in china have made complaints of illness with symptoms similar to those reported by american and canadian embassy staff and their families stationed in cuba. symptoms reported are headaches, memory loss, speech defects and even some nosebleeds. all of this is being claimed similar to the alleged sonic weapons attack of american and canadian embassy staff in cuba.

the investigation suggests there has been some physical damage, mild brain trauma that would be possible and expected with sonic weapons. how ever well proven the existence of the sonic equipment is, this passes over other evidence that sonic beam weapons lose power going through walls and the further away the target is. so what could of caused that mild brain trauma?

can hypnotism cause the effects of physical damage to the body described in the complaints. can it suggest to the mind to forget things, to feel panic when there is no external threat, to constrict muscles to slow or shutoff the blood flow to parts of the body causing aches and pains. and would that mimic the effects of a sonic weapon or not.

this would not have to be done by sitting the people down and hypnotizing them person to person. the silent sound influencing machine could be used.

this piece of equipment has been used to harass people in toronto public libraries and some of the cafes in toronto, most thoroughly some or all locations of the starbucks franchise, but also independent cafes, for example buds cafe in the beach neighbourhood.

here in toronto the influencing machine is used to create diffuse and disrupt psy-operations for the military industrial complex. but in toronto they use it to hypnotize people and then suggest they have become as mad as hell and they are not going to take it any more, and then goe run some one over with a rental van on yonge street or something along that line. in other words to suggest they harm and discredit them selves through violent actions against other people.

so how would it of been used in cuba and china and for what psyop?

in the embassy events it seems to of been used to create muscular contractions in the neck to cause vasoconstriction. vascular headache which has been mentioned as one of the symptoms is caused by the neck muscles constricting the vascular system of the neck and then relaxing. this causes first a build up of blood waiting to get into the brain and then second a sudden rush of blood into the brain when the muscles relax, causing the pain.

the people would have been hit with the influencing machine set on silent sound and given post hypnotic suggestions for their neck muscles to contract around the nearby vascular system, stopping the flow of blood to the brain just enough to cause some mild trauma to the white matter. other suggestions to think they hear a ringing noise would make it look to investigators they have been hit with sonic weapons.

they do this to random people to get them to make accusations mkultra is after them. but here the aim seems to also make the government making accusations look crazy, discrediting them in the eyes of the public because sonic weapons don't work that way.

americans in china have been advised to move away from any part of a building when they hear a ringing tone. but this dosnt take into account that if they are not being hypnotized at that time it is only a sound from an influencing machine to activate the post hypnosis suggestion for their vascular neck muscles to start to constrict and then relax causing the headaches and other symptoms.

they can't escape the time they were hypnotized with the influencing beam it's so silent compared to the ring from sonic weapons they wouldn't know it was being done. poor american embassy staff.

or maybe it was just a case or two or three of americans at large suffering culture shock extreme enough to cause mild brain trauma.

infiltrating toronto neighbourhood watch

( the ombudsman of toronto recently published a report on problems with the toronto community housing corporations transfer policy. one element they overlooked are the abuses perpetrated by counterintelligence assets of the cia. )

 

 

that time i infiltrated the toronto franchise of neighbourhood watch.

 

headquarters had intelligence that showed torontos neighbourhood watch had a bad side. they had been infiltrated by the social justice international and were conspiring with the toronto community housing corporation to stack the tenant transfer program in favour of their own group and their gangstalking recruitment activity for the cia.

 

rather than transferring tenants who need a move from one apartment to another for health or safety reasons they were giving their own people apartments in exchange for surveillance of other people in the building.

 

in 2009 as part of a larger and lengthier investigation for the reginese brotherhood i moved into a tchc apartment on the sixth floor at 15 scadding avenue. known as the centre of one of the most corrupt gangs of cia counterintelligence stalkers in toronto.

 

i was as usual bait to draw them out into a prolonged diffuse and disrupt operation against me. this would allow headquarters to collect intelligence on who and how they were going about their abuse of transfers.

 

the hi jinks began almost as soon as i moved in. the apartment next to mine had its door removed and the apartment was vandalized and robbed of the tenants, a foreign couple, collection of precious limited edition commemorative plates.

 

the way the doors hinge pins were removed from its hinges so the door could be opened suggested someone on the inside of the tchc had done it.

the neighbourhood watch asked the people in that apartment if any one new had moved in lately, seeding the idea it was me. that would give them an excuse to get the couple on the transfer list as they were robbed just after someone new moved into an apartment near theirs and they could claim fear for their safety.

 

this way they could get the couple into an apartment someone with a genuine safety threat needed and place another tenant under their control in the apartment the first couple were vacating. already on the waiting list.

 

two apartments taken over with one cia breakin.

 

create a threatening incident to recruit and give a reward of a better apartment that should of gone to someone on the waiting list.

 

the foreign couple now owed the people in neighborhood watch who got them a transfer ahead of other people on the waiting list and could be expected to comply with any other counterintelligence activity the cia wanted.

 

it all went as expected, they eventually got their transfer we got our intelligence and another foreign couple of cia harasseurs moved in to the apartment they vacated.

that time i infiltrated the toronto librarians gaslighting operation.

 

headquarters was studying the relationship between the cia (or maybe it was that deep state thing) and the toronto reference library workers.

 

the cia (or) had infiltrated the reference library workers. using some or all of them in a gaslighting operation trying to get people to question their short term memory as the first step in gaslighting them in a social disruption psyop.

 

some of the books at the reference library are in storage, you make a request for items on the computers and the books are brought to shelves in the public area. the cia would block the requests sometimes only one or two of the requested books would show up or none would.

 

when the person asked about why the books never came they would be asked if they checked the request shelves on the other floors, sometimes books are delivered to the wrong floor, and did you goe back and check your computer request to make sure they requested the book. sometimes the book was on another floor, and if they checked their request on the computer they sometimes found there was no request for that book.

 

this was to make the person think maybe they didn't request the book or if they decided not to make them think they did though they couldn't recall typing in their library card number and sending the request. they begin to question their memory, perception and sanity.

the librarians in on the cia (or) psyop were aware of this and their was to keep an eye out for it happening and when it did they were to begin other gaslighting activity against the person. this it was hoped would confirm the persons thoughts that the librarians were the ones tampering with book requests and send the person over the edge of civility into violence against the library staff giving them the opportunity to ban the person or call the police and have charges laid against them for which they receive an under the table bounty from the cia (or).

 

as usual i was there to draw attention away from headquarters people in the library who were studying the cia (or) psyop. my part was to go along with the blocks without letting on that i was informed on what was going on.

 

i would request books and hope they would be blocked. sometimes i was advised not to say anything while other times i was told to mention it to a librarian or one of the book runners so their reaction could be studied. when i did ask they would say "did you check the other floors as it may of gone there by mistake", or with a big smile, "did you check your computer request to make certain you requested it." gaslighting at its most basic.

 

this would happen twice and then stop for a month or two, seems to be part of the psyop, then happen again. there would also be the typical signs of counterintelligence stalking after each two incidents had passed. it began a number of years before the toronto hosting of the g 20 meeting in 2010, after that it increased for a while untill the cia (or) changed their game plan as far as i was a target. but headquarters had collected enough sousveillance while it was going on to discover some weaknesses in their psyop that might be used against them.

that time i was recruited to infiltrate the cia canadian human trafficking operations as bait.

 

the cia wanted me in the sex trade so they could use me in compromising entrapments to blackmail politicians and other people. they knew i was already targeted by various organized crime groups involved in sex trafficking and were using them as cover. the cia hoped that if these other groups were able to involve me in their sex trafficking rings then the cia could use me in their political blackmails, while making it appear their partners the sex traffickers were behind it all.

 

my part was resisting offers of work in the sex trade so the people who made the offer ( backed by the cia ) would up the ante and try to entrap and blackmail me into cooperating. while i was keeping them busy by letting them compromise me over and over other people were watching their every move. we hoped this would provide insight into cia black ops modus operandi.

 

i was to go on tempting their middlemen, frustrating their dreams of entrapping and making money off of me, keep their attention off the others watching them. trying to get the cia to occasionally step in and to make it happen for the middlemen. when they did step in they would invariably slip up and show themselves as the hand behind the sex traffickers, handing us the evidence for how their compartmented operations worked.

that time in 1992 i infiltrated the camh cognative therapy unit at the toronto general hospital.

 

our intelligence claimed the cia was using an electromagnetic mind influencing machine to make people feel depressed, at the same time broadcasting a message to them using silent sound voice to skull technology which suggested they seek help for their depression in the cognative therapy program at camh.

 

using electromagnetic weapons the cia created psychological problems for targeted people who then sought help at camh where they were promised help if they cooperated. the cooperation being various sorts of informant work for the cia. it wasn't put this way but hinted that if they took part in certain extra activity they might find their depression start to fade.

 

after participating in counterintelligence stalking the cia turns down the electromagnetic weapon just enough to to make the patient feel better and think it was their participation in the social justice stalking that made them feel better so they want more opportunities to stalk people.

 

disguised as a patient i was to infiltrate a group with a male named crane who had been in a previous group therapy with these four psychiatrists ( two jews a negro and a lesbian ) but had not maintained his after course contact and we knew the cia began to attack him with electromagnetic weapons and gangstalking.

i was to watch and listen for anything done and said that could be a clue to how much the psychiatrists knew about the way the electromagnetic influencing machine was being used to recruit people for the cia counterintelligence stalking operations in toronto.

what we didn't know was what the therapists knew about this part of it. i was to watch and listen for anything done and said that could be a clue to how much they knew about the cia part of the psyop. or were they in the dark about why the people enrolled in the therapy returned if they didn't complete it.

 

it happened one day while we were gathering one by one in the corner room. the black female psychiatrist was in the room and she let something slip out while talking to the guy named crane. i was sitting watching every minutiae of the chit chat when crane mentioned something about how he was glad he had come back to the therapy, the black female psychiatrist let something slip about now you know what we can do if you don't and crane laughed uncomfortably.

 

i didn't say anything but another patient asked what she meant by the you know what we can do comment and the black first looked as though she only then realized she said something she shouldn't of and then said oh nothing you'll find out on your own if need be and you better not tell she added to the crane who gave another nervous laugh. she then looked at me suspiciously, as if she wondered i knew what she and crane were talking about. i did.

 

that was the reference to the use of electromagnetic influencing technology i was looking for. but that wasn't enough to bait the trap for these four. i had to ignore their surveys sent after therapy ended so they would launch an attack like they did on other patients who didn't follow through their hoax of therapy.

 

this while uncomfortable was necessary to gather where the electromagnetic weapons were coming from and more important what other sectors of society, police, employees in stores, public libraries and others were involved in the overall harassment programs and how the chain of command was compartmentalized.

margaret trudeau--biography--the mind control years

i was interested when i came across this new biography about margaret trudeau in the most recent landbay publishing catalog. mainly because it reminded me of an incident involving her during my primary school years in upper alberta.
that time in 1974 when i was in grade five and pierre trudeau visited grande prairie.
the seperate catholic school board took most of us down to a hockey arena to see pierre and his wife margaret. some one found extra money in the budget and hired the school buses for the trip to and back from the arena.
when they passed the seating the group from my school, saint clement was standing at, one of the students from my class threw either a ballpoint pen or the ink tube from inside the pen at the trudeaus, hitting margaret's coat.
when she felt something hit her she turned to look where it came from, she had a strange look on her face. everyone else including me was looking in the direction of the person who threw the pen and back at her and back at him, and as this was going on and i was doing the same i noticed she had this strange expression on her face that expression i've seen since that day on the faces of people who were part of cia mind control programs.
when pierre noticed what she was doing, he gave her a nudge and she regained her composure. but not before i noticed the look of broken mindcontrol on her face.
that split second of ?where the hell am i ?what the f*ck is going on ?who is this weird man beside me? then a nudge and the strange look vanished and the other margaret trudeau was back.
the pen must of momentarily broke the spell and she almost was able to free herself. but looking at her since it seems like she was nudged back in to it permanently.
so you can imagine with that memory fresh in my mind i was interested in nesapius allegations that margaret trudeau was a cia mind control target.

conclusion: in each act of her life she has played her mind controlled character to normalize the behaviours wanted and needed by the cia to destabilize canadian society.

a new book from landbay publishing , "stay awake, nursery rhymes for the woke child". written by seden amenusis. the book has twelve rhymes for children all of them with the authors usual weird sense of propriety. one selection will make clear what that means.

the rhyme is repeated several more times with only a change of the word witch into other racial and sexual terms.

he goes on in the same tone for another eleven short rhymes targeted at children of nursery age. the subject matter in the above rhyme is mild compared to some of the others. all of them describe some group or person he seems to have a grudge against and encourage bullying action be taken to keep them in order.

one of pius nesapius informants being threatened by toronto reference library security guard.

was the 2010 election of the toronto library workers rigged to elect maureen orielly? if so who did it and why, those are the questions answered in a book by controversy theorist pius nesapius.
in "do you have any books on controlled opposition?", pius nesapius alleges that the canadian security intelligence service (csis), rigged the 2010 election of the toronto library workers union, and they did this to increase security for the surveillance state.
in his book nesapius makes a case for csis meddling in the toronto library workers union election of 2010 and the successes the winner of that election, maureen oreily has had in furthering her ( their ) agenda of regime change in toronto.
by way of a backstory to this mystery he relates some of the suspicious events going on in the years leading up to it. an increased security presence in toronto libraries began after 9/11 with the library guards getting a change of uniforms that look more police or military like. he gives one specific example of this presence, that of drew the present head of security at the reference library who showed up before 9/11. at that time it wasn't uncommon to overhear the other guards privately commenting among themselves on how incompetent drew is and how long they thought he would last.
drew is still there and in charge of the security so nesapius asks was his bumbling all a csis psyop designed to make the placement of one of their trained agents into place among the other security without creating suspicion among the people one would expect to cry foul, before doing the very same with the library workers union?
but that's all background to the main argument of the book. and that argument is csis rigged the 2010 library workers union election through replacing the ballots cast by the workers with another set which when counted would elect their candidate. one box of ballots was found on the roadside in the don valley and reported to authorities who seem to have ignored the incident and even went to some lengths to cover it up.
in 2010 the toronto library workers elected maureen orielly, a bossy, narcissistic social justice warrior for their president. orielly who dreams of having " well behaved women rarely make history " engraved on her grave stone has reigned since 2010 and guided by her csis handlers busies herself using tavistock mind control tactics to get more money from the tax payers for staff salaries and increasing the security presence in the library system both with the goal of doing something about what she claims are precarious working conditions.
nesapius goes into detail about orielly, her past as a librarian, her social justice inclinations and work with troubled youth which he attempts unsuccessfully to connect to the human trafficking gang that is rumoured to exist within the library system and which he has written about in another book.
some of the backstory taken care of he goes on to the main piece of evidence to his argument. nesapius writes that about a week after the election he was contacted by one of his informants to report that on the day of the election he went for a walk down the rose dale road behind the reference library. when he arrived at the junction to the don valley parkway he noticed a card board box on the bike path to the east side of the roadway. when he crossed the road he stopped to look at the open box and was shocked to see it full of ballots marked toronto library workers union, none of them opened. he thought it was strange since the voting was still going on.
the informant claimed to have reported his find and sent photos of the box to the library board and the toronto police later that day and was told by both contacts they would see it was looked into. he went on to tell nesapius that in the days following this report he began to be harassed by library staff, uniformed and plain clothes security at the reference library and as the days went on there was further harassment by street people, baristas in certain cafes and police in various other places around the city. what he described to nesapius had the atypical and unmistakable traits of csis counterintelligence activity also known as gangstalking.
after receiving this information nesapius began asking his network of informants in libraries across the city, he dosnt say if they were staff or library users, had any of them heard rumours among the library workers about the election. he heard back from them that there had been some talk about irregularities and rumours of strange incidents leading up to and on the day of the election which he records in the book. the library workers who had mentioned this to others on staff in charge of the election were warned not to mention anything to anyone else as it was already known and being looked into, even that it had already been taken care of.
the work of nesapius informants must of gotten back to somebody involved in the activity, one of his informants received threats from library security ( see video above ) and a letter hand delivered by a librarian escorted by another security guard, warning of his expulsion from the library if he continued to investigate the issue. while others of his informants began noticing more than their usual amount of cointelpro style gangstalking activity. this served to strengthen his impression there was something someone didn't want getting out.
nesapius claims that once staff cuts were prevented and wage incentives provided to turn the library staff into unwitting accomplices the people who rigged the election moved on to the raison dtrait of the plan, to implement the hiring of more security, what the canadian police state wanted in the first place, through the use of staged incidents with street people who were paid to do things that could be used to argue for more security.
the number of genuine precarious incidents being too small it had to be artificially increased. and for several years ahead of the 2010 election nesapius had been documenting the growing number of incidents involving street people who were causing troubles in the library. none of the trouble makers get real charges laid and are paid for their part, while those who don't cooperate are harassed till they lash out which is used in same way to argue for increased security. he thinks this activity was implemented by csis ahead of time before orielly began hammering the issue of safety in the libraries during and after her win.
even the death of rob ford finds its way into the theory. as one of the biggest threats to the plans through his relentless and careful management as a city councilman and then mayor, nesapius hints that fords death was not merely because of his budget mania rather he was on to what was going on. when standard tavistock psyop methods didn't deter him he was put out of the way with a deadly fast acting manufactured cancer provided by the people behind the operation.
with rob ford out of the way and other politicians who wanted library budget cuts fearful of the same happening to them csis could move ahead with the maintenance phase of their successful cointelpro operation. a second strike threat near fords death in 2016 followed with a equally threatening letter campaign initiated by maureen orielly but probably planned by her unknown csis handlers also seems to be another part of the psyop designed to enlist the public ( he thinks some or all of the people who participated in the letter campaign may have been paid by csis for their part in sending letters ) and make it look like a grass roots movement. with the suspicious death of rob ford fresh in their minds a majority of the councillors acquiesced with out much comment to the hate letter campaign.
so with the sjw library staff happy with salary increases and more and more security guards in the libraries of toronto, most of them immigrants, what is the next step. nesapius guesses the plan is to replace the library staff, even the board of directors with their own people who are already members of the csis controlled social justice community. nesapius records that at a recent meeting of the union they had taken as their motto disrupt and transform, a variation on the police states motto disrupt and diffuse. their tactics do seem based on the same tavistock psychological shock methods developed by tavistock and used by the police state.
he suggests it is already happening again with the recent attack by orielly against the library board for their the attempt to set up a self serve library experiment. nesapius thinks it is a csis backed attempt to push out board members who don't tow the sjw agenda and replace them with their own people. again using the hovering threat of precarious work conditions to have security on duty.
that's his description of the incidents ( i'm sure there is another more reasoned explanation )
so who was behind the removal and dumping of the ballots? it seems to me we will never know.

she answered that yeah i think it's him, and then something about it's been a while but i think so.

i wondered what it was about as she seemed to be talking about me though i could be mistaken about it, and with the organized harassment that came later i wonder if it was csis trying to blame me for something in connection to her and if she was being used by them or she was bait for larson. was this how he paid for,the hip replacement surgery, by taking a part in a csis harassment.

possibly to get her thinking they had gotten revenge for her so she would then do things for them.

a person in need of hip surgery is approached by csis to be part of an internet facebook scam where they will make as though a targeted person is communicating with an other person.
csis creates a fake facebook account and communicates with the woman, they bait her into attempting suicide which she attempted by jumping off the bloor viaduct. she survives and later when she is out of hospital she explains what happened and why she did it.
a person csis has planted in her circle of friends says he will find the real identity of the person who bullied her into attempting suicide. when that is done they suggest she won't be able to take it to court so they suggest another solution, gangstalking.
her new friend claims to have tracked the person down and it just so happens that they know someone who lives in the same house.
first they have her goe to where the alleged bully lives, csis has an asset living in same house, he was given two hip replacement surgeries which csis paid for and now is expected to return the favour through participating in the gangstalking.
he does this by inviting the bridgejumper to the house where she will talk to the target to determine wether he is the person she only knew from on line chat. she talks to the other tenant, telling him about her jump but not why she did it, and then she turns to the tenant who invited her and said yeah i think so, i can't be certain but so close i have to go with yes.
not long after that the tenant who invited her begins a terrorist campaign of little inconveniences on the csis targeted tenant.

that time in the late nineteen ninetys my bike was taken.
i had locked it up at dundas and, later that night when i came back i noticed from a distance it was gone
when i was standing next to the bike post i had locked it to i could see the ubarlock was locked to the stand
i thought i must of missed the bar on the bike and it was standing there unattached to the post.
some one came along and took off with it, i was certain i had locked it to the post.
strangely a few days or a week later another tenant, everett collin, asked me where my bike which i usually parked where it was visible in the house was
i told himwhat happened and he said he knew someone who had some bikes the police give him to hand out to people who need one, and everette just happened to be taking someone else down there to get a free bike i could come along and pick one out also and we did.
went down to the beaches neighbourhood, the person wasn't there so everett opened the shed and the other guy and me picked a bike each. then down to the tommy thompson park where we stopped at one of the coves and thanked the guy.
couple of weeks later everett gave me a photograph of me standing at the shed in the yard looking at bikes, only me the other two had stepped to the side while everett showed him something in the garden.

for use in a fiction. csis takes bikes the police find and give them to certain of their neighbourhood watch assets, who then give the bikes to people in need of a one. not out of the kindness of their hearts but in a black operation where the people are photographed getting the bike in a way that it could look as though they were stealing the bike from the yard.
to further increase the number of people they can entrap for their informant program they will take their bike and then have one of their harasseurs acquainted with the person tell them how they know someone the police give found bikes to hand out to people who have had their bike stolen. so they go and get a bike and while there the guy who took them steps out of the way so a woman living next door can photograph them under the cover of being a member of neighbor hood watch.
the person who took them to get the bikes then gives the person a photo and tells him if he dosnt take part in a csis sex entrapment party at the house he got the bike from he will be arrested for stealing the bike.

this second person tells her a narrative about her rape by a fraternity gang including her date
the writer selectively fact checks with some of the people her source mentions in the incident
she write her article in what is termed gonzo journalism.
the magazine she write for publishes the story.

the story causes much fighting on the internet and in public between people who believe in rape culture and those who don't
within a few days questions about certain parts of the narrative by those who don't believe start appearing online.
some of the people who's names were changed in the story recognized themselves and came forward with another version of what happened the night of the rape.
the story is exposed as the ravings of a hysterical female abetted by a gullible female.
what the reporter didn't know was the rape victims father is a cia psyops engineer.
the story was manufactured by the cia to create a strategy of tension within the social justice warrior movement. and they gave the part of the rape victim to his daughter who had been trained from the cradle for the part.
in a fit of anger the reporter hunts down the rape victim at her wedding, to ask her why she did it, and why to her, a cia planned mishap happens and she is arrested for killing the rape victim and others at the wedding.

the cia wants to infiltrate the library system in toronto.
they have an informant who they are considering for the job.
a police officer is shot in chicago.
they make up a plan to have the informant take the fall for shooting then skip bail and escape to canada
once there his cia handlers smooth his way into the library system of toronto
he participates in activism and uses his training in neuro linguistic programming to control the meetings he attends.
they even give him a mkultra controlled wife from within the librarian community to create a long term cover.
for two decades he collects intelligence for the cia which canada also benefits from
at some point they implement the second act of the plan. he will be arrested so he can be extradited and then return to canada with the whole human rights community in the palm of his hand for the cia.
