do you want to be on the csis watch list?

internet meme mocking csis at memegenerator.

that time andre chauvette (l think this is him) lived at sixteen chandos in the early 1990 s. near the end of one month he went back to quebec for a visit. while he was in belle province he wouldn't be using his ttc-metro pass so he planned to hand it on to some friends of his. between using the pass the night before and leaving early the next day he wouldn't have time to take it to them and asked if I would mind dropping it off.

I agreed he gave me the address and I dropped it off. if I recall correctly the house was on mutual street I think it was the length of the street south of college. he told me they were activists and the owner of the house let them reside rent free for some reason. these friends even had offered him membership in their organization. he seemed rather proud of that, though he declined because he didn't entirely believe in the way they did things, something about black bloc methods.

how this could be used in a fiction. a person is asked to drop off a metro pass to another persons friend who works as an activist. he agrees. after he drops off the metro-pass he begins to notice people following him. some of them look like they are in the military others seem to be street people and some mothers with children in stollers also do this.

he goes in to a cafe and the people ahead of him are talking about black bloc activists, when they move on and he is giving his coffea order the people behind him start talking about black bloc activists who live next door to them. he starts to think "oh it's a csis diffuse and disrupt campaign, oh well if I wasn't on their watch list when they were founded in nineteen eighty five I am on it now."
