lurking harasseurs--comical style
took some photos of a friend of one of my harasseurs as I passed him, he was holding comic books in his hands, he sells them at various places on the street here in toronto. the photos were on my iPad when it was grabbed from me in january while I was sitting in the library at yonge and asquith.
about a couple of weeks after that i was sitting in timhortons at yonge and asquith, the same comic guy came in the cafe, approached three teenage boys sitting at the table near me and offered them the comic book he had with him, when they didn't want it he said to me, here this is for you and put it on the table i was sitting at and retreated.
it was one of the comics he was holding in the photos on the iPad.
how this could be used in a fiction.
the combined forces of csis and torontos drug cartel are counterintelligence stalking a person. he takes photos of a comic book vendor, one of his harasseurs. a few days later his iPad which he took the photos with is grabbed from his hands.
a couple of weeks later he is sitting in the timhortons at yonge and asquith when the harasseur he took photos of comes into the cafe and offers a comic book to three teenagers sitting near him, they refuse it. he then offers it to the person who took his photo who also refuses it, the vendor smiles evilly, ignores him places it on the table and leaves.
it is one of the comics the street vendor was holding when the person took his photo, leading him to think the comic vendor is connected to the people who now have his iPad. he pushes the comic off the table to an empty chair, as it lands on the chair a piece of paper falls out, it's a note with his name on it.
picking it up he reads a warning to him. they know he knows they are selling tiny ziplock bags of drugs in the comic books and he better keep quiet and not tell any one, it is signed by the heads of csis and torontos organized crime drug cartel division.

one of the usual harraseurs, on his way out of the toronto reference library. our paths crossed going through the revolving door and as I was on my way up the stairs he came back in and tried to start a fight with me.
I looked over the edge of the stair rails and he was accusing me of trying to push him down as I came in through the revolving door and he was going out. I stood there waiting for him to come up the stairs but he wouldn't approach closer and took off. I think he may of been on of the harasseurs involved in the incident in the library directed by the csis or drug gang recruiter who approached me in 1990.
this was in febuary of 2016, about a week after the iPad was grabbed from my hands in the same entrance verandah these photos were taken from.
the people he works for seemed to be trying to make use of any left over animosity about the iPad to send in previous and recognizable harraseurs to stage incidents in the hope I might be angry enough over the iPad to displace the feelings in a physical attack on one of them. this was only one of several incidents in the weeks after. who might be behind this incident, was it csis, was it organized crime, maybe both working together.
he takes one last look over his shoulder as he retreats. i wonder how much he gets paid for the provocation and if he gets a bonus when this post goes up.

influencing machine harasseurs
who's who at 680 news.
some notes on a couple of harasseurs and the skits they were involved in.
the time before 2010 and i was sitting in the starbucks at indigo books the cafe was almost empty when a strange other-sex couple came in and sat at a table near me
one of the staff was clearing tables the couple was chatting when i heard her hiss to him "he shouldn't be working here" meaning the guy clearing tables who seemed to have done something that she thought made him unsuitable for clearing tables in starbucks.
at the time i got one of those intense inspirations to turn to them and yell at her to shut up and leave him alone. as usual i stiffled it with some effort though it made me shudder. i put it down here as a possible instance of influencing machine activity directed at me to create a scene. It was one of those moments ive come to associate with that science fiction technology.
some time later in 2010 or 2011 as i was sitting in the starbucks at yonge and king. the cafe was so full there were almost no chairs to sit in when an other-sex couple sat down beside me. she was blathering to him "when i write my life story do you want me to use your real name or blah blah blah". he didn't respond so she had to start over like he forgot the script and he again didn't respond the way she seemed to want him to. something seemed familiar about them.
then she turned to me and said something, i ignored her. she turned away and said to him "is he ignoring us? he is, he's ignoring us." as though she expected him to do something about it, he said something to her about never mind. she made enough noise sitting down to get my attention and there were two empty seats beside me just for them in a crowded cafe, maybe some one flashed a badge to other customers ahead of them so the seats would be left. i think the influencing machine was on again.
i think she wanted to start a fight, a typical counterintelligence harasseur. that was also when i thought they were the the same sleazy othersex couple from the previous incident with influencing machine technology at the starbucks cafe located in the indigo book store, though I can't say I'm certain it was them. something about her voice also seemed to remind me of 680 news radio a station I listened to daily at the time, but I can't say I'm certain she was one of the announcers for that radio station.
at this time, 2011, i was undergoing the beginning of the most recent and intensive counterintelligence operation of the past thirty plus years, and figured they were paid harasseurs in on the csis diffuse and disrupt campaign and so continued to ignore them to see what response it would excite. nothing happened between then and the time i left, a handler, either the guy she was with, or some one nearby was keeping her in check. perhaps that is the way some of them are trained by going out with someone else.
some time after ( or was it before ) the second starbucks incident with the strange other-sex couple, the guy who was clearing tables during the first incident passed me in the subway and gave me a strange look of recognition as he picked lint from his coat sleeve.
