this is a public service warning for clients of the toronto reference library. some or all of the afroese who frequent the library are thought by some people to work for the canadian intelligence service and torontos police state as informants and harasseurs. they can sometime be seen outside the library talking with their csis handlers and receiving instructions on who to gangstalk.
