that time in 1983 or 1984 i went to a psychiatrist in red deer alberta and he gave me a prescription for some kind of medication which after a single dose had the side effect of making the muscles of the left side of my neck contract to the point it was difficult to breathe. i threw the pills out and stopped going to that doctor.
since then at various times over the years i noticed the the muscles on the same side start to contract under certain situations. i put it down to stress but recently have begun to wonder if these incidents were achieved through the use of some kind of high tech sonic weapon so much in the news lately.
the last few years the neck contractions have come while people others have described as counterintelligence stalkers have been harassing me. yesterday at the eaton centre, october the eighth 2017, i had one while one of these harasseurs, someone i recognized as a staff member from one of the stores,in street clothes, had her iphone pointed at me while she coughed, supposedly one of the trigger noises and covers for the sonic attack.
they send someone to create a situation to cover the reaction to the use of the sonic weapon. a compartmentalized cause and effect to cover the use of sonic weapons and shift the effect back on to the presence of the harasseur.
maybe part of the gladio style way of taking over the country and installing a total surveillance state.
