toronto librarians--opioid overdose

" six years later it was being produced commercially. the perfect drug "
" take a holiday from reality whenever you like, and come back without so much as a headache or a mythology. "
" a really efficient totalitarian state would be one in which the all-powerful executive of political bosses and their army of managers control a population of slaves who do not have to be coerced, because they love their servitude. "
quotes from aldous huxleys brave new world.

are the librarians of toronto part of the army of managers of the deep states plans to make drug controlled canadian populations a reality? are they pushing for recreational opioid use?
one problem with implementing this agenda being the public is aware these drugs are dangerous and their fear of using them, fear even of trying them. it hasn't happened by itself.
with the antidote of naloxone available they would still dig their heels in and refuse to use the drugs as a form of recreation.
one way to show recreational opioid use can be made safe is by letting them see others overdose and receive the antidote and live.
this would be done by manufacturing more overdoses in the population of recreational drug users through distribution of over powerful drugs and presenting the antidote until the public clamours for it rather than the deaths from overdose.
how long a time before the general public will begin to think of trying the opioids if they see a safe antidote.
where better to open a drug antidote site than a public library where many drug addicts hang out, at least this seems to be the case in toronto. where better to acclimate the public to the miraculous effect of naloxone than where they have no choice over having to see it on a daily basis till it becomes normalized.
toronto librarians ushering in the deep states plan for a total drug controlled brave new world. in exchange for what?
